Read this book.
Doing pretty well at understanding most of it via context, but actually being able to pronounce those pesky literature versions of words I already know and can easily guess the meaning of is troublesome.

The Vietnamese version gives characters their own Vietnamese names instead of Hermione and such, it’s pretty cute. But I couldn’t keep up with the translation of their classes’ names, they just didn’t sound right. Translation sure is tough though.
So how do you like this Chinese version?
I live in China, teach English and and am giving a very futile attempt to better my Chinese while here.
